Ms. Natasha Ramsingh is the founder of Parekh Ramsingh, P.A. a Treasure Coast real estate law firm. Ms. Ramsingh is a transactional attorney focusing her practice in the real property area, with an emphasis on residential purchase and sales transactions, complex commercial acquisition and development transactions and commercial leasing (including space leases and ground leases). Her experience encompasses office buildings, shopping centers and multi-use projects.

 

Ms. Ramsingh is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Massachusetts. Ms. Ramsingh earned her LL.M. in Real property Development in 2000 from the University of Miami School of Law. In 1999, she was awarded a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and in 1996 she received her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts.
